Warbstow Pre-School provides a balanced curriculum for children to learn through play each day. The weekly planning is displayed on the notice board and is created with individual childrens needs and interests in mind. Our termly projects coincides with the Reception class as we work together and meet frequently with them, learning about various subjects through music and movement, exploring the woodland area and taking day trips together. Your child will be following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
The Early Years Foundation Stage is for children aged 0 through to the end of the Reception Year. You will find that your child will be making things and painting all the time and they will want to show you their work. We encourage this – we want to see you and your children being enthusiastic about their work.
